Our process is custom-designed for each client based on their service needs, location, and other details.
After your first call, you will receive the pricing details. To join our services, you will start with a non-refundable 200€ retainer that applies to the final balance. After joining, we will schedule more meetings to discuss your choices and provide a specific price estimate. You are billed 50% of the total cost when you approve the quote, and the rest is due 30 days before we start your selected service.

1,000 € annual fee and 10% of the monthly rent.

Now you have your place, the next phase with us begins...
After you have secured your home, we assist you by:
Picking up and storing your keys until you arrive
Setting up your utilities
Coordinating and receiving deliveries- furniture, packages, etc.
Providing vetted referrals for cleaning, gardening, pool maintenance, etc.
Assistance with referrals and support for schools, medical care, veterinary services, insurance, etc.
When you arrive in Portugal, we will be there to:
We will coordinate and provide quotes for your arrival transportation and make sure the keys are delivered for your arrival
Provide a new home arrival pack, including a stocked refrigerator and essentials as requested (with client reimbursement for items purchased)
Support you in renting or purchasing a car as needed
These services are included in rental and purchase services (unavailable for the location scouting package).

The PTP team provides access to PTP resources and partners for solicitors, immigration firms, moving help, real estate, and logistical support.
Remote and in-person bank account opening, power of attorney coordinating, and business professional introductions and meetings.
Zoom video meetings and communicating via WhatsApp and email.
Itinerary planning, including accommodation and transportation support and schedule coordination.
Research, including school visits, recreational activities, hospital and medical facility, pet care, specialty diet needs, community resources, and any additional needs as requested by the client.
** There is a one-time fee for in-person PTP services. If you choose an additional service by PTP, you will not pay the €475 support services again.

50% of the balance is due when the quote is accepted.
The final balance is due 30 days before your service begins.
Fees may be paid when an invoice is issued by the date on the invoice that matches this agreement.
The €200 retainer is applied to the total amount quoted.
All services are non-refundable but changeable and transferable
VAT is included in the pricing.
Some services may be subject to a tax of 6% (VAT Tourism Tax) and a regular 23% VAT tax instead of 6%.
PTP recommends travel insurance for all our clients.
Unless specifically requested, PTP quotes do not include meals, client accommodations, travel expenses, or airport pickups.
PTP is not responsible for the information provided by the properties or locations.
The client is responsible for securing all necessary documents and visas to move to Portugal.
PTP is not liable for injury, illness, or damages during the provided services.
PTP is not responsible for the terms of a property agreement, and services do not guarantee a secured lease or purchase.
